MONROE — A state Division of Corrections semi truck uncoupled and rolled over on U.S. 2 west of Monroe, blocking traffic for hours Monday, in keeping with the Washington State Patrol.
The 18-wheeler was headed west when the field separated from the truck round 11:50 a.m. between Fryelands Boulevard and Roosevelt Street, trooper Kelsey Harding mentioned. The driving force was entrapped and the severity of accidents was unknown.
