HOUSTON – An aircraft traveling from Houston to Chicago was delayed after a passenger reportedly found a knife onboard.
Officials from the Houston Airport Methods say after passengers boarded the United Airways flight on Saturday morning, somebody claimed to have found the pocketknife which had presumably been positioned below their seat.
They then alerted a flight attendant of what they found.
HAS workers mentioned about 132 passengers had to deboard the flight and get rescreened earlier than the airplane was allowed to proceed on.
It’s unclear who precisely the knife belonged to, and authorities haven’t but arrested anybody on this case.
The larger query of how a weapon was ready to get previous the Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) has but to be answered.
United Airways launched the next assertion:
“This morning, clients onboard United flight 469 from Houston to Chicago have been deplaned and have been re-screened by TSA out of an abundance of warning. The flight safely departed at 9:08 native time.”
