
Alaska held its first ranked selection common election on Tuesday, Nov. 8.
We don’t know the ultimate outcomes but. The state Division of Elections remains to be counting absentee and abroad ballots. The deadline to obtain them is Nov. 18.
Thus far, the division has simply counted first-place votes. A candidate can win outright if she or he receives greater than 50% of first-place votes. If not, the race goes to the ranked selection tabulation. The tabulation will occur on Wednesday, Nov. 23.
The vote tallies beneath will probably be up to date as extra outcomes are launched.
