OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) — The Washington State Patrol was concerned in a taking pictures Friday after a person reportedly carjacked a semi-trailer, rolled it on Interstate 5 after which refused to exit the car, closing the interstate in each instructions in Olympia.
Washington State Patrol Trooper Robert Reyer mentioned on Twitter that southbound I-5 was blocked at Martin Approach round 2 p.m. due to a pedestrian who carjacked the truck after which rolled it.
Reyer later mentioned the individual refused to exit the cab of the truck and that negotiations have been ongoing.
